By accessing, registering on, or using the club33 platform available at club33.one (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform," "club33," or "we"), you ("User," "you," or "Player") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional guidelines, rules, or policies published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if one has been registered. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

2.1 Age Requirement. The Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. club33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close accounts where this requirement is not satisfied. Winnings forfeited as a result of underage gambling will not be returned.

2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the Platform. club33 uses technical and identity verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, all accounts except the original may be closed and any associated balances forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, contact details, and preferred payment method. You are responsible for keeping this information updated. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

2.4 KYC Verification. club33 may at any time, and is obligated to do so before processing withdrawals above designated thresholds, require you to complete identity verification ("KYC") by submitting a copy of a government-issued identification document (MyKad, passport) and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC within the stipulated timeframe will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold.

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. club33 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. You must notify club33 immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.

3.2 Personal Use Only. Your account is for your personal use only. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account or any of the rights associated with it to any third party. Using or allowing another person to use your account for gambling purposes is a violation of these Terms.

3.3 Account Inactivity. Accounts that have not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months are classified as inactive. club33 reserves the right to apply an account maintenance fee to inactive accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule. Players will be notified by email prior to any deduction.

4.1 Currency. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). club33 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversions on behalf of Players.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. club33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. club33 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.

4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM 20, subject to change by club33 at its discretion. Deposits below the stated minimum will not be credited to your account.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed on the same business day when submitted before the published daily cut-off time. eWallet withdrawals (Touch n Go, Boost) typically complete within fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank) complete within the same business day.

4.5 Withdrawal Requirements. club33 requires that you have wagered your deposit amount at least once before a withdrawal is processed. club33 reserves the right to conduct additional verification before approving any withdrawal request exceeding RM 5,000 in a single transaction.

5.1 Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional credits offered by club33 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in promotion-specific terms, bonus credits must be wagered the specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived therefrom can be withdrawn. Bets placed using bonus credits on games that are excluded from the relevant promotion's game eligibility list will not contribute toward the wagering requirement.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. club33 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine gambling risk ("bonus hunting"), and collusion between players. club33 reserves the right to void bonus credits, related winnings, and close accounts where abuse is identified.

5.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless expressly stated in a promotion's terms, only one active bonus can be held at any time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus remains in an active wagering cycle will void the previous bonus.

6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the Platform operates according to its own published game rules. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a wager. club33 is not liable for losses arising from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules.

6.2 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the outcome of a game, club33 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' accounts. Winnings paid in error due to a technical malfunction will be recouped from the Player's account balance.

6.3 Sportsbook Settlements. All sportsbook markets are settled based on official results from the relevant sporting authority. In-play bets placed after an event has concluded due to a delay in live odds updates will be voided. club33 reserves the right to correct evident pricing errors before markets are settled.

6.4 Maximum Winnings. club33 reserves the right to impose maximum winning limits per game session, per day, or per event. These limits, where applicable, are published in the relevant game or sportsbook section of the Platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under twenty-one (21) years of age;
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading personal information at any stage;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or with Platform employees to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be reported immediately to [email protected];
• Laundering money or using the Platform to facilitate any illegal financial activity;
• Charging back or reversing a legitimate deposit through your payment provider after gaming activity has taken place with those funds;
• Sharing your account credentials or allowing a third party to access your account.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, game content, and audio-visual elements, is the property of club33 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, licence, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of club33.

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, club33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

9.2 club33's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 club33 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other malicious code. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

club33 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools to help Players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following tools are available to all registered Players from the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions apply immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for any single gaming session, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications displaying your session duration and net position.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the Platform for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusions take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected period.

11.1 club33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms or if club33 reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity in connection with your account.

11.2 Upon termination for breach, all bonus credits and any winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money balances not subject to pending investigation or forfeiture will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

11.3 You may close your account at any time by contacting club33 support. If you have active bonus wagering requirements at the time of closure, any related bonus balance will be forfeited and only your real-money balance will be returned.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which club33 is licensed and operated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless both parties agree to resolve the matter through binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules.

Nothing in this clause limits club33's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent ongoing harm.

club33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on record no less than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter your substantive rights) may be made without prior notice.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
